My first idea for the project brief: take 5 black and white photos using unrelated objects creating a relationship that was not already there.so I took some objects I found around the house which were unrelated-sweets,bottles,ties,shoes, I guess they can be related some of them in some ways but I wanted to relate them through photographing them in repetition.

I prefer the coloured ones but putting the contrast in black and white looks quite nice.
Tried with different sweets
looking at the patterns created as an outcome of placing single objects in multiples together in repetition. Where the negative space is left around the outlines of the objects it creates other shapes that are not there if placed singly. 
These didn't work so well

after this I thought of the idea of creating relationships through reflection instead which turned out better, I could try this idea again maybe
